Before You Contact Us
Account / Sign-In Issues
- Confirm you are using the same sign-in provider (Apple or Google).
- Update Lovel to the latest version.
- Try sign-out then sign-in again from app settings.
Profile / QR Issues
- Public web profile lookup is temporarily unavailable.
- Update Lovel to the latest version before sharing or opening profile links.
- Email support with the profile code and what you expected to open.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Manage Subscription
- Manage or cancel app-store purchases in your App Store account subscription settings.
- Use "Restore Purchases" inside Lovel premium settings after reinstall or device switch.
- Refunds are handled by the checkout provider used for the purchase.
Merch + Claim Codes
- Web merch and claim-code redemption are temporarily unavailable.
- If you already have an order or code, include code last 4 and order reference in your email.
Account Access and Data Deletion
- In-app deletion path: Settings -> Account -> Delete Account.
- If you cannot access the app, email lovelupapp@gmail.com with your sign-in email and request.
- Some data may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or safety obligations.
Safety and Abuse Reports
For harassment, threats, impersonation, suspicious activity, child safety concerns, or non-consensual intimate content, use in-app reporting first so we can capture relevant evidence, then email us for urgent follow-up. Child safety and intimate image reports are prioritized for review.
Contact Checklist
Include this so we can respond faster:
- Sign-in method (Apple, Google, email) and account email.
- Device model, OS version, app version, and timezone.
- Exact error text, failing URL or code, and screenshots if possible.
- For purchases: transaction or order reference and purchase date.
